Eat Oysters, Save Our Coast!

CELEBRATE LOUISIANA'S OYSTER HERITAGE

OysterNight returns Thursday, September 18, 2025, bringing together 80+ restaurants and 20+ Louisiana oyster farms for a citywide celebration of our world-famous seafood, hardworking food service workers, and the men and women of our oyster industry. New Orleans restaurants will feature special oyster menus, chef-driven dishes, and exclusive events honoring the people and places that make Louisiana seafood legendary.

OysterNight isn’t just a celebration — it’s a movement. Every shell you enjoy goes right back into the water to restore our coast and sustain Louisiana’s coastal communities. At our last OysterNight on February 3, 2025, the community came together and recycled an incredible 7 TONS of oyster shells in a single day — helping build living reefs that protect against coastal erosion and support thriving fisheries. This year, we’re aiming even higher. Help us break the record!
