CELEBRATE LOUISIANA'S OYSTER HERITAGE

OysterNight returns for our third installment on Thursday, May 14, 2026!

‍Join us as we bring together 90+ restaurants featuring Louisiana and Gulf Coast oyster farms and Wild Gulf harvest areas for a citywide celebration of our world-famous seafood, hardworking food service workers, and the men and women of our oyster industry.

Across three parishes, greater New Orleans restaurants are featuring charbroiled & raw bar specials, off-bottom oyster farm pairings, chef-driven oyster specials, and exclusive events honoring the people and places that make Louisiana seafood legendary.

OysterNight isn’t just a celebration — it’s a movement.

‍In partnership with the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana's Oyster Shell Recycling Program, every shell you enjoy goes right back into the water to restore our coast and help sustain Louisiana’s fishing communities and culture.

At our last OysterNight on September 18, 2025, the community came together and recycled an incredible 8 TONS of oyster shells in a single day — helping build living reefs that protect against coastal erosion and support thriving fisheries.

This OysterNight, we’re aiming even higher. Help us break the record!
